Pick Packer for Supplement Brand Required At Cromer, Sydney NSW

Postion: Pickers & Packers (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

Job Type: Full time

Benefit: $28 – $30 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

Pick and pack online and wholesale orders based on daily orders. (average order weight 300g)

Keeps products separated, organised and in good rotation

Reports any mechanical problems.

Utilises continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.

Follows good manufacturing practices and required safe work practices.

Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area

Maintain warehouse inventory by arranging boxes and making sure they’re stored in the most efficient way.

Unload pallets from the truck using a walkie stacker (not often) (no license required)

Perform weekly and monthly stock audits

Ensure daily / monthly KPI’s are met.

Some general Administrative work if orders are finished early.

Skills Required:

Must have a minimum of 1-year experience as a pick packer (your references will be called to prove this)

Ability to learn and follow procedures easily

Someone who takes pride in work

Great attention to detail

Honest, trustworthy, and reliable

Growth Mindset

Experience with Shiphero would be great, but not necessary

exceptional organisational and time management skills

High school diploma or higher
