Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience with MYOB Accounting Software

Demonstrated reception and front desk skills

Ability to thrive within a team environment

Customer service experience

Excellent communication, both written and verbal

A self-motivated and confident mindset

Growth mindset and focus on ongoing improvement

Flexibility and desire to support the team where needed

 

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for,

Office Administration

Internal sales support

Phone and email customer communication

MYOB data entry (invoices and purchase orders)

Management of incoming and outgoing freight

Small Warehouse Management 

Inbound phone sales for various products (training provided)

General reception duties

Additional admin duties as required
