Introduction
Nowadays, many students are trying to find scholarships in foreign countries, but they face difficulties in finding scholarships.
So Today in this blog post we will tell you details of the method by which the students are sent abroad on scholarship by the Higher-Education-Commission.
HEC sends hundreds of students on scholarships abroad every year, the top ones being Commonwealth UK, Hungricum (Hungary), CSC (China). Apart from this, HEC offers many scholarships.
Procedures
First HEC conducts a test!
Known as USAT, this test is for twelfth pass students who go abroad for higher education with scholarships. And the other is known as HAT which is for 16th pass students who go abroad on scholarship for M-S and Ph-D etc.
The passing marks of the test is 50/100 but it also depends on the scholarship like for commonwealth scholarship 60% passing in HAT is required, maximum marks are required for selection so prepare thoroughly for the test, pass the test After this test is valid for two years whenever any HEC scholarship comes up you can apply based on this test.
Every year Commonwealth/Hungary/China and many more scholarships come so you can use this test for all scholarships.
Note: Commonwealth Scholarships are now available, the last date is 17th October, if you are interested you have to apply on both HEC Education Testing Council and Commonwealth Portal and at least in Hat 60% marks should be taken
